Reflexology with Angela

Reflexology is an ancient therapeutic method of relieving pain and discomfort by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. This controlled pressure alleviates the source of the discomfort. In the absence of any particular concern, reflexology may be as effective for promoting good health and for preventing illness as it may be for relieving symptoms of stress, injury, and illness.

Reflexology is offered from Thursday to Saturday at The Ritual Rooms.

Intuitive Healing with Geraldine Kelly

Healing may be given for illness, stress or injury as a complementary therapy without any side effect. It often succeeds where other therapies fail, and most importantly, it cannot conflict with medical or other treatments.

It is neither faith healing nor psychic healing. It works on all levels, physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, goes straight to the point of imbalance. Clients remain fully clothes and maybe seated or lying down.

Holistic Massage with Hermione

To me, massage is the medium through which I am most able to express my desire to have a positive impact on people’s lives. Massage is immediate in it effect. My personal approach is holistic, and has been to develop a blend of traditional relaxation techniques with more thorough deep tissue manipulation in order to maximise the body’s emotional and physical response.

Every person is unique and therefore so is every massage-tailored to what you hope to achieve, both physically and in your wider lifestyle. With my massages I aim to both physically relax your muscles and help promote a positive emotional disposition.

I trained at the highly respected Essentials for Health School of Massage and Aromatherapy. I hold both an ITEC and BTEC level 4 diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology and holistic massage, as well as a course in Deep Tissue techniques. I have a varied client base including those in the public eye to leading company executives, all of whom have benefitted from my massage.

I will practice at The Ritual Rooms on Mondays and Wednesdays and look forward to you experiencing one of my holistic massages. £85 for 1 hour, £120 for 1 ½ hours. First appointments are always 1 ½ hours to allow for consultation.
